What are the care instructions on the t-shirts?
Machine wash works for all our tees. Air-dry. Avoid dry cleaning. Use cold water to avoid colour bleed and shrinkage. Do not iron the print directly.
How do new drops work?
We announce upcoming collections on Instagram @365_days.fit. Once announced, products are available on our website.
What is a pre-order?
A pre-order reserves an item that will ship on the specified date. Please read the Product Description carefully on all PRE-ORDER items.
DELIVERY
Where do you deliver?
We ship Pan-India.
Where are orders shipped from?
All online orders are shipped from our Fulfilment Centre in Jaipur.
What are the delivery charges?
Free shipping Pan-India on all orders from 365days.fit.
When can I expect my delivery?
Orders are shipped within 24 hours (unless a pre-order date is specified). Please allow 2-5 working days for delivery.
Which courier do you use?
Most shipments are fulfilled via ShipRocket. Our aggregator assigns the best available courier partner for your pin code.
How can I track my order?
You will receive an email with tracking details once your order is shipped.
Why is my order delayed?
Occasional logistic delays can occur outside our control. Contact us and we will resolve it at the earliest.
ORDER
How do I confirm my order status?
Your order is confirmed with an order number (e.g. #1001). A shipping email with tracking details will arrive within 24 hours. Check your spam folder if not received.
I cannot place an order online.
Reach out on WhatsApp and we will place the order for you instantly.
Can I cancel or amend my order?
Orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed. Size or product changes can be made if the order is still in Unfulfilled status. Once the AWB is printed, no changes can be made. Email setup@365days.fit immediately with your order number and the required changes.
Can I change my delivery address?
Address changes are possible if the order is in Unfulfilled status. Email setup@365days.fit with your order number and new address.
How do I pay for my order?
Online: Card, Amex, and UPI. We do not accept Cash on Delivery (COD).
The product I want is out of stock. When will it be back?
We do not restock sold-out designs to maintain exclusivity. Follow us on Instagram for next drop announcements.
ORDER RECEIVED
I received a faulty or damaged product. What do I do?
Email setup@365days.fit within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos/videos. We will arrange a replacement once confirmed.
My order has an incorrect or missing item. What do I do?
Email setup@365days.fit with your order number and photos. We will ship the correct item to you.
I will not be home to accept my delivery.
We advise having someone available at the address. If delivery fails, our courier will re-attempt twice before returning the order (RTO). Email setup@365days.fit to hold your shipment.
EXCHANGES
Can I exchange an item?
Yes. We offer a 7-day exchange policy from the date of delivery. Visit our Returns and Exchange page to initiate a request. All items go through a quality check and may be declined if worn, damaged, or missing tags.
How long does an exchange take?
Once we receive the returned item, we will process the exchange within 7-10 business days.
Can I return a product for a refund?
Due to limited production quantities, all orders are final. Approved returns are refunded via Gift Card only. In cases of failed transactions or missing Order IDs, an automatic refund is initiated within 5-7 business days. Email setup@365days.fit for help.

Can I get a GST invoice?
Yes. Email setup@365days.fit with your order number and we will provide a GST invoice.
Can I get a custom-made design?
For custom orders, email contact@365days.fit and our team will reach out.
